readily available for any ramp-up requirements. Further, you will also have accessibility to a
group of specialists with varying skill sets like UI Engineers, Server Administrators, Database
Administrators,Technical Architects, QA Engineers, etc., as may be required.

Knowledge retention – A core team of SO MANY RESOURCES will be dedicated to
Clients. This team will have complete knowledge about Client’s requirements. The
team will also maintain a knowledge repository where details on the project worked by them
will be updated on an ongoing basis. With the availability of this core team and a knowledge
source, disseminating the product knowledge among the additional resources will be easier.

No loss of time in learning curve for new team members – Based on Client’s
product roadmap defined for the year, we will come up with a Resource Plan. This will be
visited on a quarterly basis and any changes to this plan will be incorporated. Through the
Resource Plan, we can prepare well in advance for additional team member requirements and
also ensure that the new members are able to readily take up the project work without losing
time on knowledge transfer and training.
