Working Model

The software development effort happens in the offshore development center using Dedicated
Resources Model, Madurai and Clients takes care of project management. This works out
to be the most cost effective working model for Clients. This engagement model expects a
mature environment, with stable requirements and defined delivery milestones. However, we
are open for other models of working as well like sending the Project members onsite for a
short span or permanently placing the Project members at your site based on needs of
Clients.

Location of the core team: Offshore development center (Madurai, India)

Depicted below is our communication process that we will follow with Clients working
relationship. It also indicates the different modes of communication we adopt at different stages.
We can incorporate any other modes of communication or procedures followed at Clients, which
we could have missed out:

Modes of Communication – Teleconference, Web Conference, Email, IM, Direct Meeting,
Video Conferencing (in the near future), VoIP

Once we sign the contract agreement, we would like to frame a clear communication Plan
identifying the personnel responsible from Client’s end for various meeting.

Working hours

Number of hours per person: 40 person-hours a week

Work timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST.

Interface with France Working Hours:

Requirements understanding and Training phase: During the requirements
understanding and training phase, we provide adequate hours of time overlap to have
knowledge transfer sessions for being online with Clients Resources in France.

During releases and unexpected emergencies: In case of important releases and/or
some critical issues, there is a requirement for continuous interaction with your team to get
clarifications and provide updates immediately. Hence, under such circumstances, we will
work during your working hours to ensure quicker turn around.

Time overlaps during regular development: We will provide sufficient time overlaps to
have status calls, knowledge transfer sessions, and clarify any issues.
