Project Tracking and Control
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Status Report
Daily email communication will take place for exchange of information and status.
BCNeS is also open to use instant messaging as a medium of daily communication.
This will expedite the exchange of thoughts and dramatically reduces the turn-around
time for clarifications.
A weekly status report (WSR) will be created and sent to Clients on a weekly basis.
This report will capture the summary of the status of project(s), milestones achieved in
that week, open risks, open issues, any variations in plan and the appropriate actions
taken on them. This report will be customized as per your need.
Monthly reports will be created and sent to Clients. This report will capture the
overall progress of the project with respect to phases completed and in-progress,
metrics collected during that month and timesheet of the dedicated resources.
• Review Meetings with Clients
Weekly status review meetings will be conducted with Clients. BCNeS DDR will
walk-through the WSR and explain the details to Clients. Items discussed and
actions planned will be captured in a Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and will get tracked
and closed.
Monthly review meetings will be conducted with Clients by BCNeS Engagement
Manager to understand the performance of BCNeS team on the project. Both
Clients and BCNeS will exchange their thoughts on approaching the project and
improving the relationship. This includes discussions on individual performances,
resource forecasting, technical feedback, etc.
